DS11 Coaching delivers a personal approach to football coaching. More than just a number, each player is fundamentally different to the next, with their own preferred way of learning. Our coaching philosophy reflects this, with appropriate levels of challenge for all.

DS11 Coaching runs sessions for male and female players outside the team or club environment. These include individual 1:1 coaching, small group sessions, development centres and goalkeeping coaching.
Each session is tailored to age and ability; so whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced, we deliver expert football coaching personalised to a player’s individual needs.

We partner with football clubs across Hampshire to facilitate a variety of different sessions for both the male and female game. We work with all abilities and age groups from U7s to U18s and the adult game.
We actively support managers and coaches in setting session goals and incorporating these into their games. This approach typically involves us running team training sessions based on the club’s philosophy and focusing on development needs, whether that be skills, technique, knowledge of the game or fitness; we tailor our approach entirely to the players and the club.
